I had this material sitting around and decided to make a dress for my 2 1/2 year old.  At first I cut out the bodice in the stripe and decided not even a 2 year old could pull off that much stripe. Grin  I'm going to put a navy skirt on that one with a different strap later.

so cute!  The bodice needs something, though...I'm thinking a star or three made with rhinestones!   But then again I like bling on everything!  hahahhaaa!
