Oh, the ladybug in one magnet got squished by glitter a bit.  Sad

After I got home from the grocery store, I stopped by to pick up my mail and...I received a package from Gamemom42

I wish I had checked my mail before hitting the grocery store, as you can see, she made me TWO kick-butt tote bags.

One is black (kindof a dark grey/black print) with a red pocket, the other is black with matching red trim.  These will be very well-used (I have been trying to bring all my own bags to the store with me over the last year. These are MUCH cooler than the ones I've been using).
Oddly enough, if you can believe it, I have some of BOTH of those fabrics in my stash.

You'll also see three catnip mice perched on the bags.  And here is "Pete" doing some 'quality control testing'.

Shortly after, she gave it a 'bear hug' and started kicking it with her back feet.  It gets the kitty-seal-of-approval.

Not pictured were some 'extras'... two crochet magazines (and yes, I found a couple of patterns i'll most likely make), and several small packages of beads (I've already got plans for some of them).

Thank you SO much Gamemom42.  Your package truly rocks!

I'm so glad you like your package.  I actually replaced those fabrics in my stash today (which I guess negates the purpose of this swap) because I love them so much.  I just happened to be at Joanns and those fabrics just happened to be there....

Your kitty is absolutely beautiful!  I am so glad he likes his mice.  I'm also thrilled that you can use the crochet mags.  My mom passed about 2 dozen of those on to me (knowing I can't crochet) and I hate to see them go to waste.

It's kindof funny, I almost made catnip mice for you too. Wink
"Pete" is actually a girl... short for "PITA" (yes, Pain In The A..)  But yeah, she loves them.  She's curled up on the bed with one of them now.

I had to make some for my kitties because they got very jealous when they saw that I had made some for a swap... seriously, they really did.  The catnip spray usually last for months, but if it wears off too soon you can buy it at PetSmart or Petco.  It's pretty inexpensive and last forever in the bottle.

I wish my kitty liked cat nip, but apparently she's not only emo (she's a stuck up persian), but she's also straight edge.  Tongue  Her favorite toys are stray hair ties.

Okay, here is the stuff I received from imafundork!

First, a rupenzel scarf!

Next, a reusable grocery bag which I've decided is the perfect size for a new lunch bag since my old one is starting to look a little ratty.

I love the fabric, it's so much fun! The inside is brown with big flowers on it too, but I forgot to get a pic of it.

This is straight off of my wists! It's a feminine products holder:

And finally a great necklace! Sorry for the crappy pics. The colour is a pinky/red but taking shots before the sun came up was my only option today!

Thanks again, imafundork! I love everything!
