Beware the power of my Sonic Seam Ripper!

I am going home tomorrow to visit my family, whom I haven't seen in nearly a year.  I wanted to whip up a few gifts for people, and I thought my dad might like a tea wallet.  (He likes all sorts of pouches and bags, to hold items all neat and organized.)  I wanted to come up with something that could be tucked into his work bag, and not look at all girly.  So, I came up with two, that I think have a Tudor feel to them.  One incidentally matches a leather bound journal I also made for him today.  I can't decide if I should give him the "matching" one, or the other one to change it up a bit.  Here is the journal.

I used the same tutorial that I think just about everyone used to make these.  It can be found HERE.

Those both look awesome!  (and so does the journal!)  I would vote matching personally, just because I like matching sets, but both look so good I'm torn...I'm sure he's love either one!

These are very nice, as is the journal you made for him.  He's a lucky dad.
