Group Shot, Glass Ball Ornaments

I love the beach, so on the rare occasion I get to go to one I take home a little sand and shells as a souvenir.  Also, when anyone I know is going on vacation to the ocean I have them bring me some back too.  The dilemma I came up with was to figure out a way to display my collection of sand and shells.  The solution came from an inspiration piece that someone bought me in Cape Cod (this was a purchased piece, and used only as inspiration for the others):

Cape Cod

On to the ones I did make:

Sanibel Island, Florida

Puerto Rico

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Somewhere on the Gulf of Mexico side of Florida

My Favorite: Bean Hollow Pebble Beach, California

I love how these turned out and hope to visit many more beaches so that I can continue making these.
C&C welcome.  Have a great night!

I love them! That's a great idea for all the little souvenirs you get on vacations. The pebble on is probably my favorite.

Also, where'd you get the square ones? I've only ever seen the round ones.

Thank you and if I remember right I think I found the square ornaments at Michael's or AC Moore around X-Mas time.

Those are so cute!  Is that an itty bitty little starfish in the Pebble Beach ornament?
