Poppet/Doll furniture along TO COMPLETE BY THE END OF 2012

Hi "lovesclutter" just updating this. I know we both have been doing swaps & even was partners in 1 which was a lot of fun. Still haven't done anything to my Barbie closet except peeled of some of the contact paper LOL!
So maybe this spring or summer I can get it done. I'll see. Have you made any furniture lately?  You know you can make a chair that might fit the Poppets out of a large oats container. You take the plastic lid off & save it, then cut a u shape from top to middle of the container. Make it as wide as you want then put the lid in the middle mark where it hits the  rounded corners of U  & snip them a little then put it back on. You might need to re-force it some in the back then paint it or glue fabric on it & make a small cushion for it & there is a throne for a queen!!! Ok will check in later!!

No  I didn't know that but what a great doll house chair idea. When I empty my oats Ill look at this. Looking at the shoe box challenge right now.

I still love this thread.... I with a move and new job, I had quite a set back in making a cozy place for my girls to "live"... We moved from Kansas to Oregon/Idaho border with whatever we could fit in 2 cars (the rest is still in storage in Kansas until spring). My wonderful husband managed to fit my girls with a few of their favorite things in a small tub in the car. (there was NO WAY I was leaving them behind).   I still want a house for the girls, but don't know how long it'll be... *sigh*

Well Hi there neighbor! Welcome to the the Pacific Northwest. I live in Eastern WA so not to far Maybe a few hours. Your girls are beautiful. I would love a Bythe Doll, but can't for awhile. I don't blame you I wouldn't want to leave them either!! Lillie looks very relax sitting on the rocks especially after the big Move!

OK "lovesclutter" so what should we do? When I get my JJ doll sent then I can relax & get more involve with destashing & working on other things! Well I work on it & think what to do & be back in a day or so.

lovesclutter--you sure know how to repurpose stuff and you see things in such a creative way!  I love the cards wallpaper...and the sides...so many neat things to look at!!

I am going to have to keep track of your projects...

I cam looking for for some ideas for doll houses/furniture for Blythe and Barbie...thanks for sharing your project!
