Hi "lovesclutter" Sorry haven't posted for awhile have been sick & some busy with swaps & things! You did a great job on your Poppet house     I love  all the rooms & all the neat things you glued on around the outside, that must of took a long time. I havn't done anything to my doll closet, maybe eventually. I think I'll have to get a shelf bookcase to work on & make me a house for my Poppets! Just got some from a swap I was in. They are beautiful "SunflowerSmiles" Made them & she did Amazing work on them!

Wow, sharalee, you must build them a home. I'm not actually done with mine. I still need to make the furniture, but getting this much done has felt good. I am going to mount it to the wall higher. Cut a 1x6 at a 45 angle and use the cleat method. Just need to get another drill. I'm really broke right now, so that will have to wait.

It is great to have stash to work with though.

Sounds great to me! You are doing a great job! Yes I will have to make a house for my Poppets. I have 2 others from different swaps & another 1 I gave for my new Great granddaughter, she was a Princess.
Anyway "lovesclutter" how's the kitty. I'm in the zoo swap & Art Doll Swap, so that'll keep me busy!!

I've spent the evening reading this entire thread & i've go to say it's been really inspiring and interesting. Lovestoclutter, I  love what you did with the bookcase..and all the pics you posted of the different stages.  Sorry to read about your dad & your ex..thanks for sharing your life & your craftiness. I'm so glad you were able to find your strength to carry on with this project.
I didnt even know what a "poppet" was..lol I'm not entirely sure i still do, but what i've seen they're sooo cute and look like something i definitely could get addicted to.
Thanks for all the inspiration & posts Ladies..I've enjoyed reading this thread and look forward to seeing more posts!
