I'm finally back on the internet! I could get on long enough to partially load threads, so I kind of kept up with the conversation, but could not post. Got everything sorted and a new router now.

Since I could get my pics uploaded today, I'm open now! But I think this may be the last month for me until October or November. Life has been crazy lately, with zero crafting time. We're okay here, just lots to do all at once with the rentals, etc. Ian is still learning not to stir around and dump over mommy's beads, too. When he's a little bigger, he will be a crafter. I can tell. Cheesy

Twiz, I'm sorry about your hubby's job. I hope he finds another quickly.

Just stopping by to say hi!  We're in MO (well, technically we are in IL atm, since we are staying at Scott AFB), went to the St. Louis Zoo and toured the Anheuser Busch brewery today... tomorrow we will go to the Arch and then head on out to the Ozarks to visit the Grandparents.
Saw a really neat bug quilt at the Zoo today (took pictures, promise), bit my lip when we passed a billboard for a yarn store... making excellent progress on the yetis (heads, arms, and feet are done...)
Hope everyone is well!

I spent some points and re-opened my shop.

I'm getting carpeting in my newly redecorated home office this morning!  I'm so excited to put that room back together!  I am sick of all the stuff in my living room!  It is so fun to redecorate a room (well, except for the whole painting thing and the whole cleaning thing and the whole sorting thing -- hey, maybe it's not that fun . . .)

I knitted a pair of these yesterday for an OWS surprise!  They turned out really cute.  I'm going to try to alter the pattern to make a toddler pair today!

P.S.  Anyone who has points to spend should get some of pinkanddinky's fabric covered tacks.  They are SERIOUSLY cute!

friend just sent this picture to my phone:

75 dollars

i am guessing the treadle is in that bag... hmmm

to go and look or not to go and look....that is the question.

There better be more than a treadle in that bag.  It's missing the footman, treadle, mother of all & bobbins....  I'd pass on it.

A2K!!  Too cute!!  Just printed the pattern for my grandbaby!

Loudxmouse & Cyndi, don't you think this is the decorative kind that they use to hold flowers?

My grandmom had one of these, I always can tell because of the handle in the front, made it easy to move. I don't think I've ever seen the front handle on a real wheel.

Hey, guys, woke up later in the morning than usual, still have that sore throat, despite the antibiotics. . . Gotta see what is in your shops!

Thanks, atsuko, I now know what they mean by superBUG because they wasted  antibiotics. Mark & I never took antibiotics until now for just this reason.

i can kind of make out a treadle in the bag... that's why I wanted to go look. I was hoping all the goodies were in there. I ended up looking at my bank account and realizing that FAFSA had taken out two loan payments this month (*booooOO*) and so i passed on it anyway.
Curiosity may get the better of me and I may drive and look at it... who knows. I really just want to go to the cupcake place nearby the thriftstore... who am i kidding.

made this for SML and I am a bit jealous... it's way cuter than mine :/
