Hmm... if you're sure that you're using the correct ratio, I would say either it needs to be mixed together a bit more/better, or maybe you got a bad batch of resin somehow, cuz it usually sets up overnight (I use the same kind).  Oh, depending on where you are, humidity may be causing an issue too.  Either way, don't give up, it's fun once you get it!!  Wink
