Necklace is made from pieces of a cast of a broken antique Victorian doll face. It's 2 pieces of forehead,2 ears, and a nose and mouth. It's made from porcelain, matte clear ceramic and cobalt blue ceramic glaze. The necklace is sturdy but I wouldn't recommend wearing any kind of porcelain jewelry while engaged in rough activity.
The necklace is a silver colored metal aged to look antique.
SIZE:The doll pieces are 3, 1 1/2  and 1 inches. The chain is 10 inches from clasp to the middle of the chain and is adjustable.
The piece is apart of a series of work I'm doing based on the concept of what is referred to as shattered assumptions .
