Well, I wanted a tNbC skirt, but seeing as I can't get any fabric here in the netherlands, I decided to make my own. So I've watched tNbC another thousand times, so I could draw from pictures some of my favorite characters, which happens to be almost everybody. Searched the internet for a gazillion pictures and made my boyfriend go to the craftshop everyday to get me new fabric markers.  It took me 3 nights to color it all. And even though it shows on the pictures that it's colored with a pen IRL it looks remotely all one color and not really stripey.

And this is the result.

And every other angle:

Because I don't like the elastic waistband a lot, I'm still planning on making some sort of waistband to cover it up. but it is wearable now. Tongue`

Wicked & cool.  Cheesy  A drawstring is an easy option, too

I am collecting cotton Hawaiian fabric scraps for a quilt if you wanted to send any my way!

'Stripey'? I love the stripey look, it looks intentional, and it gives the images texture. I love this skirt. Show more pics when you are totally done with the waste band... perhaps, on you!
