I received from Mysticflower!  She made Jiji from Kiki's Delivery Service, actually for my husband who has been asking for one for a Jiji for ages.  He's knitted rather than crocheted and is very cute.

Here he is snuggling up with Pokey, and above is a Kiki's Delivery Service poster, you can see the "real" Jiji hanging from the broomstick!


And here he is hanging out on the windowsill.

everything on here looks so fantastic.  i'm very excited about receiving my package.  i think i may have gone a little overboard on my swap   since it was my first swap i think i over compensated. (i made 4 amis)  that's how much i like my partner

how did you weight the martini glass so that it would stand up?  that would be tricky.  it looks amazing, good job 

  It's actually an margarita because ariaya is a Jimmy Buffet fan (my hubby says it's a frozen margarita, even more yummy!) My first try ended up as a wine glass lol  It's all single crochet and the stem is like a tube.  It's stuffed a little bit and I made a separate disk to sew on the bottom for extra support so it stands really well.  I had fun making it and now have to make a bunch for my MIL

I was pretty surprised when it did stand up on it's own .. very cool pattern!

I came home from working a double today and was rewarded with ariaya's package. It's an amazing Mario! I love him so much. He is so adorable.

Mysticflower received my package so I thought I might as well post a photo I took before sending   I made two tiny amis, a pig and a bear, and two little bottlecap pincushions as extras.
