Swap Organizer himself/herself meets these conditions:

- Will recruit a co-organizer or give all details to a Swap Moderator if this swap has more than 25 participants: YES

Details of swap:

Craftsters LOVE to have their usernames on things. This is your chance to do a little stalking, and personalize items for your partner based on their Craftster handle! Add their name to a hoodie, create a swap journal or notecards using their avatars, make plays-on-words based on their names, or embroider their slogans or fave phrases! Craft the theme/meaning of your partner’s Craftster name & not just the name itself. So, instead of putting "donniesgirl" on a t-shirt, you could send note cards with a charicature of me & my husband (Donnie).  There are lots of options & anything goes!  Just please send at least one item with your partner’s name and one item with your partner’s Craftster name’s meaning.

Items to be sent should total 4 points.  Points break down as follows:

By Points:
-Big = 3 points
-Medium = 2 points
-Little = 1 point

So, you could send 1 big/1 small, 1 medium/2 smalls, 4 smalls, etc.  Four points is the LEAST amount to be sent - you can always send more if you & your partner agree.  

What is a big/medium/little?  Guidelines:

By Time
-Big = 3 or more hours
-Medium = 2 or more hours
-Little = 2 or less hours

By Size
-Big = A shawl, a shirt, a skirt, a set of jewelry with four to five items, a purse
-Medium = one single necklace or bracelet, a scarf
-Small = Earrings, stickers, wallets, pouches, bookmarks

By Price
-Big = $30 or more
-Medium = $10-$30 dollars
-Small = $10 or less

Please take some care and interest in your partner. Send finished items (i.e. if you sew a purse, take the time to snip off all the loose threads.) send nice items(hem your edges, glue has a time and a place, but keep it pretty!) craft to the best of your abilities, and send things you would like to receive.

Additional Rules:

You MUST get a DC Number in the US. Outside of the US you MUST maintain a copy of your receipt.  Be prepared to provide a scanned/photo copy of that receipt if your package does not arrive within 3 weeks.

Please acknowledge when you receive your package by sending a pm to both me and your partner AND by posting in the Swap Gallery (will post link to thread once swap is underway). Failure to communicate will be noted in your swap feedback.

I will be giving feedback comments in the following way:
-  great swapper: for those who follow all the rules
-  good/poor communication:  where applicable
-  sent late/early: where applicable
-  no dc number: failed to comply with the rule about using a delivery confirmation number for packages within your own country
- didn't post pictures: failed to post pictures of what they received without an adequate explanation to their partner & the organizer

If you don't have access to a digital camera, let your partner know early on so they can be sure to take a picture before they send. It's so sad to craft something and not have a record of it.  

If, for whatever reason, you are going to have to send late (or worse, not send at all - we all understand that life can get in the way of crafting.), please let me and your partner know ASAP. Avoid negative feedback by keeping in good communication and avoid having your partner send to you when you do not intend to finish the swap!!

And if Riechan joins, that might be tricky too...  I suppose it all depends on the questionaire.  But on first read, I can come up with so many kick as crafts for almost everyone!
