I wasn't sure where to post this.  I made a necklace holder from a piece of wood and some knobs.  Bought a wooden plaque from a craft store, drilled holes into it the size of the knobs I bought.  Then I painted the plaque (used a free stencil I found online) and knobs then out the knobs in the holes.

I love having my necklaces in view, but it's not the cleanest looking thing.  I need fewer necklaces or more pegs.  Hope you like it.

Very cute!  I love anything with trees on it!

ooOOoOoO.... I need one of these Smiley My necklaces are just strung all over the place in my house. I really like the concept of using a tree in the design, its like the knobs are the branches holding your treasure! Excellent work!

i know what you mean about it being hard to display necklaces! your self-designed necklace holder is pretty cool and it must be convenient to have them all hanging out like that. but it's so true, it's hard to display a lot of necklaces at once together, they start to look messy. i have a bunch hanging on a jewelry tree and it's hard to find anything on it! i feel like there's no really good way to display a whole lot of necklaces unless you have tons of room and you can spread them out.
