I sent this tin to tracy87.  I combined 2 of her themes, purple and hearts.  Since this was my first swap, there was definately some trial and error.

I painted the outside with metallic paints and glued wooden hearts with a painted design on the front.  I added a ribbon on the bottom.

On the inside I found some beautiful purple paper and mod podged tissue paper for the bottom.

I made 2 bookmarks with a handpainted design and then added ribbons, beads, or wooden charms that I painted for the "tails"

Another wooden heart

This is my small attempt at sewing.  I made a felt heart and attached sequins or beads.

The rest are shrinkie dinks.  I love these things!

For a first time swappie this was a lot of fun Smiley

Your heart tin is great.  Excellent first tin and first swap.

That hedgehog is adorable.  I love the clips, I wouldn't have thought to decorate those.  Now I may have to try.  lol

And I love love love the swallows/tats tin.  Very pretty.  Decorating it with what wouldn't fit in the tin was very clever and I love the make your own necklace instead of getting one premade.

I will be updating feedback again this weekend sometime.  We are very close to being officially done with this swap.

Whose ready for another round?  lol  I've been thinking already that I want to do another one.  I really do love tins.  haha

wow I think my hedgehog binder clips are upside down lol sorry about that!

Thanks kjbaloo for posting the pictures.  I'm sorry I'm so late posting but I took a few photos today and none of them even compare to the ones you posted.  My camera sucks at close up pics so I'll share one of everything together.  Thank you so much for the beautiful tin!  I love it!

What's bothering me is that neither of you have received, what are the chances that the 2 tins to get lost are partners?   Huh

Still hoping they make it.
