so glad you like everything.  Smiley  the dark stones are actually hemalyke.  you got some of them and some hematite in the one baggie.  hematite is the natural stone, hemalyke is it's manmade look-a-like.  the manmade ones are the round stones.  all the others are natural.

and here's what I got from perlabella:

first the earrings.  so pretty, so vampy.  Grin

then we have this great bead soup!

I haven't had a chance to separate everything yet, but I do see some fun things in there!

thank you!!!

Ohhhhh, I hope my partners like what I sent 'em......

Wow, what a bunch of wonderful beads! This was a great swap!  Grin

Jennieingram, I sure hope you like what you got.... I know that you *don't* love pink, but one item there was so fun and funky, just had to send it as a calling card!  Wink Anyway, even if you don't, there's something handmade and copper in there that should make you smile!  Smiley

Oh my goodness!  Get your wisting fingers ready ladies.  Leopardstripes package was so stunning, that I don't know what to say.  Even my dad has been playing with my new toys.  (I think he now wants me to take up wire wrapping so I can learn to make pieces like leopards for him.  He's already asked for me to make a him a bookmark out of the olive wood beads.)  Leopardstripes asked if it was alright to send less beads, in order to send a present that was more than a small.  Who would argue with that?  Well, she went above and beyond in the world of swap spoiling.  I'm truly the luckiest swapper ever.

On to the pictures!

All the beautiful beads together:

Amber glass soup:

Black and gold glass, and a lovely silver heart cage:

Olive wood beads from Jerusalem:

Tons of fascinating charms and coins:

AMAZING bottle cap charms:

Wire wrapped beads:

A striking wire wrapped pendant.  I've been looking through gem books, trying to determine the stone.  Is it green Turquoise, leopardstripes?

A beautiful copper wire wrapped stone bracelet:

An amazingly elegant copper wire linked bracelet:

Absolutely stunning necklace, that I refuse to take off, even to photograph.  Dad had to help by taking a picture while on my neck.

Some way fun extras, including socks, candy, a beautiful card, and postcard:

Leopardstripes, I love and adore every single item.  They were thoughtfully chosen, and stunningly made.  I'm so happy we got to be partners in this swap, and that you enjoyed your first swap.  Careful, soon you'll be a swap addict like so many of us!
love,
Jennie

Yay!!! I'm so glad that you liked it all- when you said that you were intrigued with wirework, I thought, why not? Hope you get great use out of everything, Jennie! Grin BTW, the green stone is supposed to be green turquoise, but it's not- word to the wise, the supposed "green and red organic turquoise" sold by OT (sounds a little like "Ornamental Training"- you all know who I mean!) isn't what they say it is- those pieces are pretty, but don't wear 'em when they're gonna get knocked around too much! Undecided Hope you're not disappointed....the pendant and bracelet pieces were made a while back, before I learned about that...but they were too pretty to just chuck! And they're still fun costume jewelry. Hope you still like 'em!  Smiley
