I made this for a swap a little while ago, I had so much fun with it I'm making a bunch more.

I found some old science books from the 60's at a Salvation Army so I cut out pics from it to fill the open squares on the paint chips. I tried to pick pics that went with the name of the paint color. I used old notebook and other scrap paper for the pages. I glued the paint chips to pieces of old notebook covers and used scrapbook paper for the inside lining. The spine is covered in sticky ribbon, but there is cardboard underneath that too.

I REALLY like this! How are the pages bound in the book?

I held all the pages together with paper clips, then put E6000 on the edge and put some E6000 on the spine and glued them together.

Hey, that is adorable. I'm going to steal some from the paint section next time I go to Wal-Mart and make some of those. Wink

I love the idea of using the paint chip names to inspire the picture.  Well done.
