*sigh* I hope some day soon I'll get back to having more time for enjoying and commenting on all the great projects around here. In the meantime, here's a little something that took me forever to complete, despite its simplicity, because my kids are tag-teaming me these days!  Roll Eyes



It's a memory pouch. The idea comes from this site. It's made of linen, with a cotton lining, and stitched with stem stitch, satin stitch, and some sort of freehand stitch that I made up as I went. The design is inspired by a photo I took after a walk with my daughter (more on my blog). The lettering is a phrase I always say to her at bedtime.

this idea is so darn cute and really cool.
i don't have kids, but maybe it works for a couple too, then you can put little notes and loveletters in there.
