I made these for the dollar store swap (had to use dollar store items & only 20% of it could be from our stash - such as thread, ribbon, etc). I started with a stuffed teddy bear & a pair of mens socks & this is what I came up with:


For Ludo I sewed on felt for fangs, ears/horns, & paws.


For the worm I cut three holes in the sock at the toe end & cut along the sides & sewed in blue yarn in. Then I stuffed it (with stuffing & several pipe cleaners so it's poseable) & sewed on facial features with felt. I tied a felt scarf around his neck.

i am so sorry!!!!!!!!!!!I totally forgot to post the pictures and thank you didn't I?!!!!!!!  I hate myself for that, I'm so sorry!!!!

I loved this!!!! My mom cracked up when she saw me open the package.  It was awesome.  I got it right around the same time as the Jim Henson swap...and now I have a Ludo Pillow and a ludo stuffed animal!!!

I absolutely loved this stuff, and everything else.  and again I'm sorry I never thanked you before or posted pictures, it completely slipped my mind! Embarrassed

Wow, totally thought these were cool, then I saw that you made everything from the dollar store- f-king awesome! Love Ludo, and love the "ello" worm!
