I just made this wacky little outfit for my nephew (well my husband's nephew) who already has a very funky style (at 3 and a half). I thought that he might be interested in the fabric - at least for a few seconds =)



I really hope it fits him! I sort of winged the pattern



These are supposed to be below the knee shorts (with corduroy patches)

I love that fabric (where did you get it?)  My almost 2 yr old would love that outfit!

what great fabrics you chose - super funky.

oh, and leighi123 - the squid fabric is a Heather Ross from her Mendocino line.
and the deers are from Jay McCarroll's new line. (the guy who won the first Project Runway.)
Sorry - i work at an indie fabric shop so i see this stuff everyday, ha.

check your local indie shop - hopefully you have one.

LOVE the shirt. Been hoping to get some of that Mendicino line once it goes on sale somewhere. Never envisioned it for my son but it is perfect for a boy too. Thanks for the inspiration!
