It's always been there Smiley

I'm not sure if they sell gocco stuff, but if they don't I bet they could order it for you. They have really nice people that work there, unlike Pearl.

The Art Store in San Francisco does not have Gocco products.

Arch Drafting Supply
Paper Source (more expensive)
Pearl (very sketchy)`

Other places to try in the Boston area:

Artist's supply in Central Square (across the street from Pearl)
Utrecht, near Symphony
Johnson's on Newbury St near Urban Outfitters (though I think they may have closed?)

i begged artist's supply to carry gocco so i can stop going to pearl.

i also think johnson's is closed...or maybe i could just never get there when it is open.

i've been having luck at papersource on boylston st...the even had gocco fabric ink last time i was there.

papersource isn't that expensive. the inks are reasonably priced, although despite the fact that i am employed there, i think i may start ordering bulbs and screens online. rugg road also sells riso products.

yeah, i mean papersource on boylston...i've never been in rugg road.

i used to buy everything at this art suppluy place in Avon, MA but they changed the bulb and screen prices from $13 to $20! ink is still cheap, but $20 is just way too much for bulbs and screens...

Re Johnson's art supply on Newbury St--I haven't been there in a while, so I don't know if they're closed or not.  If they are still around, they close early on Sat--like noon or 1pm and they're not open Sundays.  They do have a great selection of papers for block printing.  When I want paper it takes me months before I get up early enough on a  Saturday to get there before closing!

Dick Blick took over the art store about a month ago.  I've been getting opening announcements and promo coupons in the mail.

it's soooo hard not to. everytime new paper comes in it's like, "ok- now i only have 1,000 things on hold, i guess i'll buy them all."  i have to buy an A frame or figure out how to build my own paper rack.
