That dress is super cute, and the fabric is great.  The pockets are definitely awesome, too may dresses don't have them.  Post some action shots when you get a chance, it'd be cool to see the dress on you.

Thanks for all the compliments, everyone! I think I like it best without the sash, too, but it does seem to dress it up a bit, and I did plan on wearing this to a wedding later this summer. I've considered making other belts/sashes to go with it too. Some one on craftster (silly me, I can't remember who it was  Cry) posted pictures of a gorgeous 'obi belt' that I've been wanting to make.

I'll post action shots after this weekend.

Maybe if you made the sash out of a different color. I think the white is just so bright that it draws your eye right to your waist. I think the neckline is beautiful and you did such a nice job on it that it's a waste (pun!) to have people looking there instead of at your neckline Smiley

I love it!  I've seen that fabric too, but never could figure out what it would look good as.

I would totally wear that.

And yay for pockets!!

I saw this fabric at JoAnn's the other day, and fell in love!
I had considered making a Kimono out of it, but this dress is so much cuter!

Fabulous job, dear. :]
