Chocoholics Unanimous Round 5! finally finished!

I'm going to have to sit this round out, I'm way too busy this summer, but I will definitely be watching to see what I missed   Hope to get into next round, I had so much fun and chocolate goodies last time!

Since it's so humid (at least in Virginia it is) won't a lot of the chocolate melt? This does look good, but I'm worried.

we hashed a lot of that over on the new swap idea thread and also last round because some of us were in or sending to AU where they were having a serious heat wave - there are some good ideas on dealing with that like freezing the choc before sending it, freezing it as soon as you get it, sending ice packs (or freezer pops, which I think is an ingenius idea) in the package, and etc - but I had a partner in AU and those of us who did, we just made sure to get things that would survive the heat wave better (things with thicker coatings, hand made truffles from a specialty store, marvelous choc cookies my kids stole from me, homemade cocoa mix, etc).

it is really hot here in Iowa where I am this time of year too

I made sure to add a question about whether you were needing your partner to take hot weather into consideration when sending

and - if you and your partner are both ok with it - though I hate to say it - sending more crafted items to make up for sending less chocolate would also be acceptable - just let me know ahead of time if you need to do that

there is an order to my actions on here - check threads and make short comments, check and answer PM's, check threads and make longer comments, read intry forms and do paperwork, LOL!

will be starting on the entry forms now that my kids are done making me run them all over town! that is what I get for getting a new car - back to be a taxi service for teens because I won't let them drive my new car (I think they are trying to wear me down at light speed, LOL)!
