This smocking embroidery piece just does not want to be finished.  First I thought, just add a few beads to enhance....but now I think I may in danger of completely encrusting the stitchwork with crystals before long if I can't learn when to leave good alone  Undecided



I did manage to walk away from this piece after just a few accent beads were added. Smiley

These are really pretty!  I'm not sure exactly what smocking is, or what it is used for, but it looks great! .... (logs off craftster and goes to google)
