Here are a few cakes I made recently for friends' birthdays

For a 30th, who happens to be an ass-man:

Vanilla buttermilk cake with Italian buttercream and rolled fondant.  Panties are royal icing, and it's sitting on a 12" cake board.  I'm not tagging this one as mature because it's only a butt and it IS cake so.....

This one however  Shocked  made for more of an acquaintance for his birthday last week

here it is pre-airbrushing to see better detail

My first time using an airbrush, and I think the veins are too bright blue, instead of a more muted purple that I had planned on.

your cake are great! What detail!!! I used to do quite a bit of airbrushing cake when I worked as a cake decorator.  While you do have a wonderful use/sense of color and design (haha, well.. of a penis!) I notice that your spray looks speckled and not smooth.  Are you using edible airbrush coloring? Regular icing coloring is too thick for an airbrush and can make the speckled effect.   Perhaps it's just lighting and the way the photo is taken... Either way, I still think it's an amazing job. No, it was definitely speckled, but it was airbrush color.  Might have been my timid trigger finger

I use commercially produced fondant, and I find it tastes not bad when you roll it fairly thin.  It's really nice to work with, especially on regular round cakes; a little bit harder on a penis cake!

Thanks everyone for your awesome comments <3  Cheesy
