hola-here are two pictures of me in my dress that i just finished!





i didn't use a pattern.  i more so copied the pieces off of my black and white polka dot dress.  i wish that i could somehow get the waist a little more fitted-the solid red area, but woe is me.  i think it came out really good Smiley  it is comfty, and cute!

it doesn't really twirl because the red and white polka dot fabric is not really cotton, kinda feels like a plastic/cotton table cloth?  hey, the fabric was 39 cents a yard, i couldn't pass it up

Oohhh this is pretty! 

Great work. I really like the addition of the solid red panel. It makes the dress a lot more flattering for your beautiful curvy shape gives you a great definition of the waist.

It looks really great and flatters your shape really nice.
If you were to make it again i guess you could pin that one in so it is more fitted and use those measurements for the next one so it would look even better.
