While digging in my closet I found a store bought top that never really fit my bust or HUGE arms & a black skirt that was waaaaaay to long and large in the waist.  After combining the bottom half of the top and the waistband of the skirt, I think I came up with a really cute "new" wearable top Smiley  YEAH!

Simple answer with super cute results. Smiley Love the pattern, think I may add this one my large pile of "to recon".
