Thanks! I create my patterns for the playsuits. It's not too complicated. Once you figure out how to construct shorts and a bodice, you just kinda combine them...

Perhaps like the logging red thermal jammies.. old timer sleeper thermals.. they had buttons in the back for "going" hmmm....  and of course in the early 90's we had the unitard shirts that buttons at the crotch..  little baby rompers have that as well for  easy diaper change.. little snap buttons..
