whether the sender and receiver are both in what the mail service considers a major centres.  If you are sending from a rural address to a rural address you can expect the maximum wait no matter which country starts the sending process.

I live in London. I'm pretty sure that's a 'major centre' ;-) I have no idea how big Sasquewitchywitchy*keyboardmash*etan is, but I get the impression it's not enormous.

(I am, by the way, taking the piss out of my inability to pronounce the name and not the place itself. I bet it's a lovely place, but I am too stupid to say it!)

LMAO!!!!!!  I'm gonna have to save that Pers! made my day!  I get a kick out of living in Saskatchewan, because if you don't live in canada you can't pronounce it the first few times around.   here's the break down though, for future reference:  sask-AT-che-wan   like it looks, but oh so confusing to look at.   Its a native word that means something.    Anyway.  It is tiny.  the province it self is even small but does have "major centers" - if you consider less then 500,000 people major.. it is for here....  so maybe that's the delay....

I received!! Smiley Get those Wists buttons ready everyone!!  Grin

From katcal - awesome Carnavale-esque stitchmarkers!! My favorite monochromatic combo too! My favorite is the one right in front!

From sloth003 - an awesome zippered pouch! The camera truly sucks because the silver-y fabric is truly exquisite - it's silk dupioni (my fave btw and I didn't even mention it!) and the swirl-y embroidery is directly from one of my favorite designs (!) and the seed beads are in some seriously awesome deep dark colors (camera sucks again)

I'm going to try and re-photo graph both items with my whitebox when I get a chance this week. Hopefully I'll have better pictures Smiley

So excited about them ladies! Thank you so very very very much!!! Smiley

I received my awesome OTT yesterday and here it is:

Flowers and Lemons made me a beautiful pincushion that can also double as a sachet, that way she said I could use it any way I wish.  I will definitely be using it as a pin cushion because I think it will be wonderful to smell the lavendar (at least I think it's lavendar) every time I pull a pin out.  I can't even remember my themes, but I'm assuming cats was one (it usually is) because there is a cute cat on the back.

Thank you so much Flowers and Lemons, I love it!
