I just got home, 7.30pm on a cold winter's evening, raining and blowing a gale.  And my package from A2K was here to greet me.
Check it out:

my biggest wisted item, Bella's mittens!  Thank you so much A2K!
And then........
as if that wasn't enough.  My most wisted book:
I can't wait to sit down and look it over carefully, but I was so excited to show it off.  Hee hee.
What a great package.  Thanks Tonya!

I received my package from rlynn this morning. Now, I feel I must preface this post by saying this *ahem* I swap on a few different sites and there comes a time in every swappers life where you receive a package that is either not you, not well made or whatever Sad This, however is the complete opposite of that type of package! This type of package is the one that reminds you why you love to swap in the first place and completely makes up for any and all 'bad' packages in the past Cheesy

Rlynn has spoiled me. Some fabrics are from her own stash and a few of them she purchased for me. I love them all. A couple are half yards, but most are a good 30"+  Grin Jealous yet??? She also sent me 5 pots of fabric paint so I can finally attempt some freezer paper stencils! Oh, I'm so excited Smiley Rylnn you completely rock and words cannot describe how awesome this package is! Thank you very much for choosing me, I hope I can catch you on the swap sometime in the future to return the favor Smiley This is my favourite package so far. I do not have a local fabric store and when I get a chance to go to the one out of town, they don't have all these gorgeous prints. *sigh* I'm going to go roll in my fabric now...

Here's the loot in all it's glory:

Oh YAY!!!  Grin Grin Grin

I'm very happy you like everything!  It really was a lot of fun picking out the fabrics for you at the store.  The lady seemed quite amused that I was buying fabric and yet was so clearly clueless about sewing.  When I told her they were for a swap, she was very intrigued and politely helped me find the minky.

Yay!!  I received two AWESOME packages in the last two days!

First, yesterday I received these great reusable sandwich bags from stitch81.  They are the perfect size and there are 5 of them!!  We're going camping for the 4th of July holiday and they will definitely be used!!  I love the fireworks fabric.

Then, today I received my poppet from teachingjonah!  She is beautiful and I love her.  Now I just need to decide on a name and decide if I get to keep her or if she will go to my daughter for her birthday.  I just don't know if a two year old will treat her nicely (secretly, I just want to keep her  Cheesy).  I'm thinking something like Ashli for her name.

Here she is hanging out on my couch:

And meeting some of the other members of my stuffy family:

And she just looks like she'd have fun playing an instrument, so I let her try out my daughter's drum:

Thanks stitch81 and teachingjonah!!!  You guys ROCK!
