This is my first bag project and I'm thrilled with how it turned out!  I used this tutotial, but had to teach myself how to put in the inside zip pocket and I used a hidden magnetic snap!  I also did the front decoration and piping.

This is the tutorial I used, it's AMAZING for anyone who wants a great messenger bag, with front, back and inside pockets!

She shoots, she scores!  Great bag, I really like it.  Nice design and so well made.  Hard to believe that it's your first.  Now, if your team could only do as well, lol.  Seriously, though, I think it's a potential knockout in Leaf country.  You're sure to get compliments and requests.

That is a very lovely bag... and a Leafs fan too. I love the way you went all out. Where did you get the fabric?

The exterior and interior leaf patterned fabric came from a 'canadian collection' at fabricland.  The top white fabric is actually from an old hockey jersey and I just sewed on blue ribbon.  I recycled the grey and blue leafs symbol from an old knapsack i have that was full of holes!

Thanks. I haven't been to Fabricland in a while, since I left the city. Now I miss them very much... and it just dawned on me what your name means.
