I had to go to this dinner party last night and had NO jewelry to match the beautiful new blouse that I bought to wear. So I busted out the jewelry supplies and came up with these. All of the parts I have been holding on to for some time and would have never thought of putting them together had I not been trying to match this blouse.

The earrings are sterling, swarovski crystals, glass beads and beetles wings. No kidding. The supplier that I buy them from promises that they are harvested after the beetle passes on.

The necklace and bracelet are sterling, peridot, amethyst, glass, porcelain, and of course the sea shells. I really like how they all turned out and can't wait to wear them again. Would love to know what folks think.

I love these random chip bead and gem jewelry that are showing up. I really like the way you did the pendants with the prettys around them. Very nice. I really like the coloration on the beatles wings too.
Lovely work!

Thank you so much  Smiley I keep wondering if I should pass them on to someone else or keep them myself. I just ordered more of everything so I can make more like them. Maybe the next ones will be even better and I can pass those along.  Wink

Holy guacamole! Tero, these are breath taking!

I could easily spend hours poking and looking at all the different chips and beads on the bracelet. The shells and beetle wings are gorgeous!  Shocked

Also, what sort of metal do you use to make those spirals? My husband makes jewelry and makes spirals like that, but hasn't liked any of the metals he can get his hands on. When he lived in Honduras he used to be able to get this incredible flexible metal pronounced "hypaka" (I highly doubt that's how it's spelled...) that holds shape really well, is silver in colour, but doesn't lose it's shape if it gets caught on something. No one ever told him what the actual metals were and he never thought to ask...

Beautiful!  Love your "randomness" also ... I struggle with that.  Those beetle wings are so cool - bet the color is even more stunning in real life!

Got this piece of shrinky dink ... had it for 25 years now.  It's moved to five states and one European country ... and I just know, someday ... SOMEDAY ... I WILL use it!
