In celebration of summer, my roommate and I have turned our living room into the Creation Station! Here are a few of my projects so far....

The spiderman bag is my favourite! The applique took forever to do! I suck at making my machine go slowly, and always end up sewing really quickly. Doesn't go over so well when you're doing something fiddly.. so I ended up spinning the needle by hand... ugh. Good thing it turned out nicely! I found the lining in the red tag clearance section at JoAnn's and bought the rest! I still have a whole bunch left, but I haven't figured out what to do with it yet.... any ideas?

Monokuru boo bag, with a cute heart applique on the outside, and a couple handy pockets on the inside, with spots for pens and pencils!

Mini messenger bag, with a ninepatch flap.  I really like this one because it's lined with the same fabric as the exterior, which is a heavy cotton or canvas type fabric.. it holds its shape really nicely.

Bonus shot of my awesome living room full of crafting supplies!!!

Thanks for looking!

I'm loving that spider bag!  Very cool!

I am an apologist for the spiders.

Just treat me no differently than you would the Tarantula Queen.

All of the bags are great. But secretly I have to agree with spiderlady. The spidermanbag is wonderful!
