My first pair of socks EVER!!! I am so happy with these, I wasn't sure about my yarn choice and Joann doesn't really have a good selection of sock yarns but I didn't feel like ordering yarn and having to wait. I used Knitty's pattern Hedera written by Cookie A.

I don't knit, but these look great. You must be very skilled. I love the multi-colored yarns, and they look cute with those shoes in the first shot.l

These are very pretty! I'm not usually a lacy sock person but I like these (I'm more of a function over form type sock person). I don't think I would have taken on such a lacy pattern for my first socks. You rock!

Oh wow... those are great for your first socks!  I'm still working on mine and I'm having the worst time with the gussets.  Undecided  I keep reading the pattern over and over but it doesn't seem to be going to well for me. What kind of yarn did you use?

I used patons stretch sock yarn. Maybe I can help with the gussett, are you making them from the top down or toe up?

The socks are lovely!
Just wondering, did that whole mess with your blog ever get figured out?
I'd hate to see it deleted, I loved reading it when I saw your post here about it.
