Ok, heres the deal...when i get my stencil all cut out and start painting, and i take the stencil off right when im done, then some of the the paper sticks to the shirt...what am i to do? its also a fairly thick paper

Clear acetate sheets work well...overhead projector transparencies. You can buy ones that are made for inkjet printers at walmart for sure (if you're stuck in a small town like me) but most likely any office supply store carries them.  If you buy regular sheets the ink will never dry and will smudge all over the place. I like using plastic more than paper since I use the same stencil over and over again.
