Hey folks!  I just whipped up this fun top to recover from the dress I attempted to make earlier this afternoon.  It was very easy and simple to make, just a two-piece tube top with a draped sash.  I'll add a tute if anyone likes, but it is probably self-explanatory.  I think I'll tweak the design and spend more time on later versions--this one is a little messy but a good start.





I don't think I like the back strap like this but it does add support.  I think I'll twist it next time:


I'm thinking an evening dress would look good with a front something like this...what do you think?

Oooh! I love it! The color is really pretty too. I think it looks nice with the white band for contrast.
