that's absolutely beautiful, and she looks honored to be wearing it.  I can tell from her face she really appreciates the effort you put into it.  Stunning!

wow, I've never gotten this much praise before, I'm pretty much embaressed right now >.<

Thank you thank you thank you, you guys are just sooo sweet.

Stitch81: I can't say really... I got home from the hospital at the 7th I think, and for the first three days I could hardly move, so I guess I started somewhere around the 10th-12th and then I couldn't do much at a time, it was mostly just doing some small things at a time, so it's taken quite long to make the dress. (I never make stuff that takes longer than a weekend to finish- at most). The ruffly stuff alone took about 4-5 movies each, and as they're five that'd be somewhere between 20 and 25 movies, which would be like... woah! 40-50 hours! That's insane >.<
No wonder this took so long.... The corset was finished in like two afternoons, and construction of the skirt something like that too I think. The gloves was like 2 movies maybe, including the whole figuring-out-how-to-design-them (I like watching movies when sewing =), can you tell?)

Eliea - I know, I kind of want a pair myself to be honest. THinking about getting some lace to make a pair. Although black and sun is a kind of bad combination if you want to escape the heat =)

Thanks again everyone, I just feel more and more proud all the time ^^
