Here's one I like, but you can do any combinations you like really!

1/2 cup dried mint
1/2 cup dried chamomile
1/2 cup dried lavender
1/2 cup dried rosemary
1/2 cup ground oatmeal
1/2 cup powdered milk

Some people bring water to a boil and steep about 1/2-1 cup as you were making tea, strain and add to the bath water. There are also heat sealable tea bags you can buy, and just hold it under the spout of the tub while it is filling with water. I have a cute little duck that floats in my tub that you put the tea mixture into. Some people use coffee filters, and tie very tight and toss that in their tub. HTH! Smiley

1 cup powdered milk
2/3 cup fine sea salt
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Desired fragrance

You can choose whatever kind of powdered milk you want to! Coconut milk powder, yogurt powder, buttermilk, whole milk, goats milk. Mix it all in a bowl and dump it in the tub. Easy cheesy! Smiley
