I am loving inchies right now and I wanted to share a few I have made recently.

Thank you for the comments on my inchies, I will be making a lot more soon. In the meantime here is my very first skinny I made today. They are like atc's only a little bigger (3x5 inch). Anyways the theme was vintage with butterfly wings on it, I like how it turned out.
To make it I used metal repair tape for the top and put alchohal ink on top of it. The background is made up of various paper bits like sheet music painted with watercolors. I used gem stone thingies from my collection and that little puzzle piece was a found object on the sidewalk yesterday. The image is of my grandma and the wings I cut out from a greeting card. Thanks for lookingand I will probably make more of these skinny things soon.

These are made out of fabric, felt, little beads and other little charms. It took forever sewing each little bead on and my family started to think i was nuts but I love how these turned out.

These were done with watercolors and a sharpie for outlining and other embellishments were added as needed.

Wow great inchies!! You are so talented.  I, too, love making inchies, but I am forcing myself to take a break so I can turn a bedroom into a craft/sewing room.  I'm praying for self-disclipine (is that something that is rare in the artistic world?)

Well after many months of inchie making, i collected quite a few and wanted to display them in a nice way. My solution, a can of pretty blue spraypaint and an old bulletin board. Get sticky tack and put the inchies on it. It is now hanging up in my room and i love the way it sparkles.

 I really love it! What a great conversation piece. You could really pour over it for quite a while. Are you going to fill in the edges, or just start a new one?
