I have been planning on making one of these for a long time! I think I want to make mine with a small bifold wallet in the back...do you think that would work?

I've been pondering it and trying to finish some swap stuff up before I start, but the lanyard for your neck is a very good idea. I was just going to attach a carabiner to mine and let it flop around on my belt loop  Tongue Smiley

I'm totally bookmarking this Smiley

This is my own design. Please head on over to my blog for updates on this pattern.

I'm not sure about the bifold wallet.  As it is, the case is already quite thick and I reckon it would be difficult to add more layers at the back.  But it's probably worth a try. Good luck with that!

Bought this pattern last night, and it was worth every penny!  Your tutorials are so detailed and easy to follow, it's hard to go wrong!  I decided to shorten the strap so that it will go on my wrist rather than my neck.  I put the hook part on the strap rather than on the pouch and I used craft foam instead of fusible fleece (because I couldn't find any) and it worked just fine.  I just slipped it in between the outside and the lining. I used a covered button because I couldn't find one I liked, but I think I want to change it to something else, we'll see... Oh and I don't have an iPhone, I have an iPod Touch, but it fits just fine.  Next time I might make it slightly shorter, but it really isn't necessary. Anyway, here are some photos:

Hello Rauni,

That was fast!  Your iPod Touch case looks really well made.  Thanks for trying out my tutorial and posting photos here.  Wink
