I used Wilton's 12 piece cupcake decorating set.
It was all trial and error from there. lol

those look so yummy!!  i ususally use flavoured butter icing on my fairy cakes, but now i'm dying to try the marshmallowy goodness Smiley

i was wondering if there is an alternative to using the marshmallow fluff in a jar?  i don't think i've ever seen that stuff here in the UK, and i doubt i could easily obtain it locally.  a quick google showed a few recipes using microwaved marshmallows, but i'm not sure if they would come out with the right consistency for icing like this.

any opinions?

Hm.
My mom swears this ends up being the same thing: http://www.grouprecipes.com/58165/home-made-marshmallow-fluff.html

But I've never tried it. :/
If you do try, let me know how it goes?

Thank you! I was just looking at your cupcakes and squealed a lot at how amazing your decorating was. They're all so pretty! I especially loved the one with the blue frosting and rainbow lollipop. Thats adorable. :]
And I've been looking for one, actually. Michigan sucks for jobs, though. D: And on top of that, I don't think there's a bakery within 20 miles of where I live. lol
So I pipe for the heck of it. :]
