Sorry, all the photos are linked, this is my first try at this.
I was changing a lightbulb and had a lightbulb moment.

I used decoupage (modge podge) to cover the bulb. All of the lamps are from the most recent IKEA catalog.
A few more angles:



And then, I decided that I needed to know how strong the decoupage made the lightbulb.
So I smashed it:

Not as strong as I hoped but a lot more than the plain bulb.

so this is just for decorations right? cause if you plugged it in it would likely start on fire.  But I do love that you smashed it at the end.  I think if you used more layers of paper, it would hold up better!
