My husband is hitting a milestone birthday this month, and for one of his gifts, I plan to make a scrapbook, somewhat tongue in cheek, of our friends and family wishing him well, a few of their favorite pictures of them together (or of him, say as a kid).  I'm going to mail everyone a small card with questions to fill out this week.  Things like "What is your favorite memory of me", etc.  Then I'm going to give everyone a page or two and make him a book.  I'd love to do it kind of 1930's Broadway looking, "your name in lights" etc.

Any ideas for questions to ask?  What do you think?

you wouldn't even necessarily have to ask questions you could just write leaders on the cards.  you know, like...

i remember when...
this one time we...
me and (insert husbands name here) had so much fun...
the best memory i have of (insert name) is...
the funniest thing (insert name) ever did was...

you get the picture i hope...anyway best i could think of...hope it helped someway!

I took your advice, and went with a DOS 3.1 theme as it debuted in the same year as my hubby. Cheesy  Working on gluing the pages together of an old horse book to use as an altered book scrapbook!

Here's what it looks like.  I did different ones for different types of relationships.
