I made this Cherry Clafouti from the recipe on foodwishes.com   (http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2008/07/cherry-clafouti-its-pits.html)
Clafouti is like a baked custard.

It was easy to make and only uses basic ingredients.




It was incredibly rich.  I couldn't even finish this little bit!
