Hi everyone. Thanks, bubblegum_phoenix, for opening a help desk ticket. I'm going to go check the gallery and see if I can figure out who needs what feedback. I may be asking some people to pm me for clarification, but we'll get this straightened out asap.

OK, in checking julieboolie's records and going through the gallery, it looks like everyone received with the exception of julieboolie's partner, bubblegum_phoenix. Would anyone like to be an angel for bubblegum_phoenix? If so, please pm me.

If no one from the swap can do it, I'll post in the regular angel board in a couple of days.

thanks Racky! It's so good of you to sort this out don't know what Julie's going through, but i hope she's alright.

I wasnt to stressed about not recieving, but Im glad I will be  I just wanted to let everyone know that I hadnt withheld pics!!
I contacted the help desk pretty much the same time as letting you know I hadnt recieved, cos we need feedback!
I cheat, I look up whoever the mod is for help desk and go the bit where you send a pm and theres usually a link there  its the only way I know how lol, I did try looking for a link 1st though!
anywho, I hope noone thinks bad of me!  I didnt mean to word my message in a bad way about not recieving, sadly I lack that thing called "tact" lol

I don't think you lacked "tact" at all. The help desk is there for exactly that purpose. It might be a while before julieboolie is able to return, and several people were without accurate feedback. The swap mods are here to help in situations like this!

For everyone's future reference, there is a link to the help desk in the Swap FAQ's. Or you can always find it the tricky way, like bubblegum_phoenix did.

Yay! finally got the page to work lol. I recieved from my lovely angel JanelleJ the other day, pics over at gallery (provided I can convince it to continue working for me  )
