So what happens when your son tells you, "I need that costume for our MacBeth play tomarrow?"  This is what I whipped out in about five hours.  He's playing two characters, so he can remove the cape and turn the reversible jerkin inside-out to the navy side.  Of course, it wasn't quite right for the intended time period, but a decent job in one day.
