My daughter was in "Cinderella"  a couple months ago.  She was in a scene that was before the ball.  So she was disappointed that she didnt get to wear a ball gown.  But I think this turned out just as pretty.  I thought the sleeves would be a pain, but they were really easy.  This is from McCalls M5207.  I bought the fabric at Walmart, the flowered fabric was on clearance for $1.50/yard.  I have about $5 in the whole thing.

I love it.  I bought this pattern about a month ago but haven't started it yet.  Any tips you want to share?

Ansley, it is really much easier than it looks.  I did cheat on the back closure, I just used velcro since she was only wearing it once.  If you have any questions once you get started just pm me.
