Here's what I did with some of my fabric swatches from www.javisdavis.com
(I can stand to waste, so I must craft!)

They are just simple flower outlines, gathered a bit in the middle, and stitched together with some beads in the center.  I also added some coordinating ribbons to the back ... Thank you Burda magazine for the great idea!!
