Since most maternity clothes are either ugly or expensive I had a really crafty time when I was pregnant.

I took those pictures one week before giving birth so I've outgrown some of the clothes.

Pants from an altered burda pattern:

A t-shirt made from scratch:

Close up of the fabric. I made it using stamps that I got from half pint in the HRS2 Swap.

Reconstructed jeans:

An embellished t-shirt. (März means March which is when my little one was born)

Skirt from an altered Vogue pattern:

Well, maybe I wasn't pregnant after all Cheesy

You clothes look very nice, and better than alot of maternity things I see in stores. I love the reconstructed jeans, I think that is one of the best recons you can do with jeans, how we'll do they stay up? And the skirt looks very, very nice.

You were HUGE! At first I thought you were having multiples, but then I saw you were a week from birth... makes sense.

Very cute stuff and it all looks so nicely done.

AnnaReilly posted a pretty good tutorial for jeans like that:

I made the waistband a lot higher.
They stay up really well and are extremely comfy.

DaisyTattoo, good luck with your pregnancy.

All of your stuff is great. I know what you mean about most maternity wear being horrible or just horribly expensive, it was one thing that really annoyed me while I was pregnant.

Congratulations on your little one!
