Is it weird that I saw your picture on the main page and said "Central Market!" outloud at work?  (I live right next to the one here in Dallas.)  I love Amy's, and I think they'd be crazy not to hire you - someone who's fearless to make an awesome corset out of a paper bag can fling ice cream with the best of them!    Good luck!
