A very good relief for a painful wrist is rolling a full soda bottle on table with your wrist. It releases the tension. For me also sauna andvery hot showers do the trick.

I've got a massive cart going on fatquartershop.com and a few fabrics at bearpawquilting.com...

sooooo IF I do well at my craft show tomorrow, my charm pack is going to be HELLA cool. (just so you all know) Wink If not, it'll be pretty sweet...but not as sweet as it'd be if I buy all those fabrics!

You all are busting your stash..I'm building mine! This is an excuse for me to get a buttload of 1/2 yards and keep 1/4 for myself. Smiley  I'm EXCITED!

Okay... so I couldn't wait and jumped the gun and ordered fabric anyway. So let's hope I make $100 tomorrow to make up for it. Wink It's going to be like Christmas x1000000000 when I get those in next week!!

I don't prewash my fabric either.

I always figure you do that AFTER you get the charm pack...like you would with one you buy?  I never pre-wash unless it's a fabric I think will bleed.

I don't pre-wash my quilting fabrics.  I don't know that I would wash my charm pack after receiving it either.  I'd be too afraid of uneven shrinkage and that I'd be left with some 4 inch, some 4.5 inch, etc...  The ones you buy in a store are def. not pre-washed.

Maybe we can note when we send whether it was pre-washed or not.  That way our partners are aware of what they are getting.

OT:
Chimes, I love your hair in your profile pic.  I am attempting to recreate it on myself for the wedding I will be in next weekend.  I hope it turns out nice.  Thanks for the (unintended) inspiration!

We are in the process of switching over to cloth diapers.  Would love some advice, hint, tips.   Will swap for diapers!

Thanks for responding on the prewashing deal. I'm new to quilting, so I have no clue. Smiley

On the OT: THANKS!  I've got naturally wavy/curly hair and I had it cut short with super short layers on one side and long layers on the other (so it's 2 diff. lengths)...then an a-line around the back with choppy layers.  That picture has a ton of hairspray and blowdrying  it was our 80s NYE party. Wink

That's what I was thinking, don't worry about pre-washing! Sounds good all around then Smiley Just getting to updated profiles and feedback right now, it's been a long day.

Thanks...I just know there are two philosophies when it comes to washing quilting fabric (I know some are very particular about prewashing) and I wanted to be sure there wasn't some unspoken agreement and my poor (potential) unsuspecting partners receive unwashed packs of gaucherie from me.  haha
